13.6) ShopperPk.com not warrant or guarantee, and is not responsible for:
13.6.1) Defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by (A) power failures, surges, fires, floods, snow, ice, lightning, excessive heat or cold, highly corrosive environments, accidents, actions of third parties, or other events outside of ShopperPk.com’s control, or (B) customer’s abuse, mishandling, misuse, negligence, improper storage, servicing or operation, or unauthorized attempts to repair or alter the equipment in any way. Customer must provide qualified technical personnel to maintain and repair the equipment.
13.6.2) Alterations and/or Modifications to any part of ShopperPk.com’s product, without ShopperPk.com’s written authorization unconditionally VOIDS the ShopperPk.com Standard Warranty. Equipment built to customer’s specifications that are later found not to meet customer’s needs or expectations.
13.6.3) The performance of the equipment when used in combination with equipment not purchased, specified, or approved by ShopperPk.com.
13.6.4) Batteries and other consumable goods.
13.6.5) Wearable items, such as tooling, cables, part harnesses, contacts etc.
13.6.6) Normal maintenance, cleaning, or tune-ups
13.6.7) Cosmetic defects or damage (such as cracked cases and broken hinges) or defects that do not inhibit the proper operation and performance of the covered items
13.6.8) Repair or replacement covered by any other warranty, service agreement, or insurance policy in effect at the time of the failure
13.6.9) Repair or replacement due to failure to properly install, operate, maintain, or clean the covered Product in accordance with the local codes and the manufacturer’s printed instructions, or from use in any combinations not approved in the manufacturer’s specifications, or from any authorized modifications or alterations
13.6.10) Repair or replacement due to vandalism, riot, or general environmental conditions, including but not limited to rust, corrosion or mold
13.6.11) Any service request which results in customer education or no problem found
13.6.12) Conditions which existed prior to Your purchase and delivery of the Product or the Service Contract. Special, indirect, or consequential damages
13.6.13) Loss or damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, spilled liquids, insect infestation, misuse, abuse or service costs or damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel
13.6.14) Alteration or removal of the serial number
13.6.15) Damaged caused by disassembly of the Product
13.6.16) Damage resulting from software virus; improper gas or water connections, or electrical wiring and connections in user environment; user facilitated minor adjustments and settings
13.6.17) outlined in the product’s owners manual; external antenna or local reception problems; inaccessible products or parts; negligence
13.6.18) Failures due to dust, animal or insect damage; acts of God such as fire, water, windstorm, sand, dirt, hail or earthquake; civil disorders; nuclear accident

13.7) You are agree that MyEasyShop.Pk is not responsible for any additional charges occurs during warranty claim such as Transportation charges, Courier Charges, Rider Charges etc.
13.8) You are agree that after the confirmation call from MyEasyShop.Pk you failed to pick your product(s) within 7 days, MyEasyShop.Pk will not be responsible of product return.
13.9) You are agree that during the warranty claim transportation, any damage done naturally or by courier company or by any other mean MyEasyShop.Pk is not responsible of that damage.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

14.1) You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MyEasyShop.Pk and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
